Who is InSource Denver?
InSource Denver is a Denver-based, women-owned firm specializing in placing experienced, independent attorneys, paralegals and legal assistants with law firms, corporations and other organizations.
The principals of the company — Jill Hess, Kerry Gilbert and Anne Bye Rowe — have combined experience of more than 75 years of human resource management and nearly a decade of placing legal professionals in the Denver Metro area. They are responsible for managing all aspects of the firm’s services including:
• Screening and recruiting qualified attorneys, paralegals and legal assistants to be part of InSource Denver’s network of independent legal professionals.
• Identifying appropriate independent contractors to meet the client’s legal needs.
• Providing biographies of qualified candidates to the client for review and then arranging interviews of those selected by the client.
• Providing detailed contractor work logs to the client and invoicing for work performed.
